| 摘 要： | 结合多年来高校信息化过程和移动信息化发展规律,以大连民族大学信息化实践为例,详细论述了面向移动和数据中心的高校信息化发展趋势和架构;建立了高校移动信息化指标体系和数据中心度量指标,通过指标体系可以对比不同高校的移动信息化水平和数据中心化程度;论述微信企业号对于高校信息化的作用,不但可以作为人事管理中心库,而且还可以作为身份认证的服务。

| Abstract: | Combining the informatization process and the development rule of the mobile informatization of colleges and universities these years, taking informatization practice in Dalian Minzu University as an example, the paper studies the development trend and structure of university informatization construction for mobile and data center in detail. The index system of mobile informatization and the metrics of data center are established. Through the index system, we can compare mobile informatization levels and data center degrees between different colleges and universities. The paper also discusses the effect of WeChat enterprise account on informatization in colleges and universities, which can not only be used as a personnel management center library, but also serve as the identity authentication. |
