| 摘 要： | 阐述了农村电子商务在农村发展。对20个淘宝村发展起决定性作用的关键影响因素进行量化分析,提出农村电子商务发展的核心要素就是农村精英,其中政治精英直接影响到村子的发展,经济精英影响农业发展方式的转变。指出由于城乡二元结构导致大量农村精英外流,探讨一些解决性措施。

| Abstract: | The development of e-commerce in rural areas is stated and a quantitative analysis is made about the key factors affecting the development of 20 taobao villages. It is pointed out that the core element of rural e-commerce development lies in rural elite, among which rural political elite have direct influence on the development of the villages and rural economic elite the transformation of agricultural development mode. Measures to stop the great outflow of rural elite are provided. |
