| 摘 要： | 通过对产业集群动力机制动态模型与定量模型的分析，提出了经过修正的高新区产业集群动力机制的动态模型。就动态模型的构成要素，即：专业化企业的交流与合作、知识溢出效应、人力资本积累、当地资本市场、体制与机制创新、技术的多样化、整合和再整合。这些新的要素组合将对高新区产业集群的生成和发展产生积极的影响。

| Abstract: | On the analyzing basis of the dynamic model and the ration model of the industry cluster, the industry duster impetus mechanism dynamic model of the high-tech industry developing zone is put forward and its factors of the industry cluster impetus mechanism dynamic model is analyzed from theory and example, which include the specialized enterprise intercommunion and corporation, the knowledge-overflowed effect, the accumulation of human resource capital, local capital market, the innovation of system and mechanism, the diversification of technology trod the conformity and conformity once more. |
