| Abstract: | In the light of the problem of how the construction cost management to joint with international rules after WTO entry of China, this paper puts forward some corresponding measures of practicing completely the offering with engineering quantities list, training and increasing the quality of the personnel for construction cost management, speeding up the tempo of the reform through strengthening legal construction. |
