| 摘 要： | 以清洁级ICR雄性小鼠为实验动物,研究了不同浓度缢蛏对60Co-γ致雄性小鼠生殖损伤的修复作用.测定小鼠体重、睾丸重量、精子密度、精子活力、精子畸变率等指标.实验结果表明:不同浓度的缢蛏均使受辐照小鼠的体重有所回升.一定剂量的缢蛏对受辐照小鼠的精子活力、精子密度有一定的增加.结论是缢蛏对60Co-γ致小鼠生殖损伤具有一定的修复效应.

| Abstract: | Study protection effects of different concentration Sinonovacula constricta on reproductive damage of mouse induced by 60Co-γ rays.To measure weight of body and testis,concentration and vitality of sperm.The result showed that different concentration of Sinonovacula constricta can increase body weight of mouse irradiated.Moreover,certain concentration of Sinonovacula constricta can promote concentration and vitality of sperm.The conclusion is Sinonovacula constricta has an repair effect on reproductive damage induced by 60Co-γ rays. |
