三种药物对鸡人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效比较

采用瘟毒杀星散、球痢清、地克珠利三种不同的抗球虫药物进行抗人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫的效力试验,结果表明:三种不同药物的高剂量组即300mg/kg饲料混饲,其抗球虫指数(ACI)均在185以上,差异不显著(P>0.05).但中剂量组即250mg/kg饲料混饲,球痢清和地克珠利组的死亡率分别比瘟毒杀星散组高4.1 5%和3.55%,差异显著(P<0.05),卵囊值差异亦显著(P<0.05),但抗球虫指数(ACI)、病变值差异不显著(P>0.05).瘟毒杀星散低剂量组与球痢清和地克珠利低剂量组相比,其相对增重率、抗球虫指数(ACI)和病变值差异不显著,(P>0.05),但卵囊值差异极显著(P<0.01).

The Curative Effect Comparison of Three Different Types of Medicines to Chickens Infected with Eimeria Coccidiosis by Terran

Using Wen Du Sha Xing San,Qiu Li Qing and De Ke Zhu Li,the three different types of medicines against coccidiosis,to make an effective test,the result shows that the anticoccidial index（ACI） of the high dosage group fed with 300mg medicine in 1kg feed is up to 185.The difference is not notable（P〈0.05）.But in the moderate dosage group fed with 250mg in 1kg feed,the death rate among Qiu Li Qing and De Ke Zhu Li groups is high to 4.15% and 3.55% compared with the group of Xie Li Qiu Chong San,and the difference is obvious（P〈0.05）.And the difference of the oocyst score is also obvious（P〈0.05）.But the difference in the anticoccidial index（ACI） and lesion score is not notable（P〉0.05）.Compared with the low dosage groups of Qiu Li Qing and De Ke Zhu Li,the difference is not significant（P〉0.05） between the anticoccidial index and lesion score in the low dosage group of the instantaneous growth rate.But the difference is very obvious in the oocyst score（P〈0.01）.
