荣华煤矿地质分析及支护方案

摘    要:为解决荣华煤矿东主运巷道地应力大和围岩黏土矿物含量较高的问题,结合工程地质和现场施工条件,采用大变形非线性理论和设计方法,对影响软岩地下工程失稳的因素、岩石矿物成分及微观结构进行研究,探索了几套支护方案,并根据三维数值模拟结果,有针对性的提出控制对策。研究结果表明,预应力全锚索支护技术能有效控制顶板变形。

Abstract:Aimed at tackling terrestrial stress and surrounding rock clay minerals with a high level of the negative issues in the east laneway in Ronghua mine, this paper introduces study on the instability of soft rock tunnel, rock mineral composition and structure by combining engineering geological conditions with scene construction condition and adopting big deformation nonlinearity theory and design procedures. The paper offers several set of supports and protections plan, and proposes the control countermeasure based on the three dimensional numerical simulation. The results indicate that the pre-stressed entire anchor cable supports and protections technology can afford a better control of roof distortion.
