摘    要:外墙的裂缝和渗漏是建筑工程中不容忽视的普遍质量问题,非常重要的一个原因就是普通砌筑砂浆和抹面砂浆在抗收缩能力上的缺陷.运用对比试验方法,在普通水泥砂浆中掺加不同量的聚酰胺乳胶,通过实验室制作干缩试件和外墙工程应用,研究其对砂浆抗干缩性能的影响.试验表明:相同配合比的水泥砂浆中乳胶掺量越大,抗干缩能力越强;在外墙水泥砂浆中掺入5%乳胶,能够抵抗外墙因温度和湿度产生的变形,从而有效控制裂缝和渗漏现象.

Abstract:The crack and seepage of exterior wall are commonly concerned problems in civil engineering, which are mainly due to the poor shrink-resisting ability of traditional masonry mortar. Different amount of polyamide latex was added into masonry mortar to test and compare their dry shrinkage. The result shows that the more of latex were added into mortar, the stronger of anti-dry shrinkage of it is; 5% latex was added into external wall mortar, it could resist the deformation which caused by temperature and humidity, and controlled the crack and seepage of exterior wall effectively.
