基于进气调节的汽油机空燃比控制系统研究

摘    要:针对单缸汽油机进行了结构改进,设计了用于空气调节的电子节气门机构,制定了各个工况下的空燃比控制策略,并对发动机的控制参数进行了优化,开发了发动机空燃比控制系统,实现了喷油和进气量的联合控制.台架试验结果表明,采用进气调节系统后,发动机动力、经济性和排放指标得到了显著的改善.

Abstract:Intake air modulation in combination with electronic fuel injection to control air fuel ratio is one of the important measures to further improve the performances of gasoline engines.The paper redisigns some of the structures of a single cylinder gasoline engine,designs an electronic throttle system for intake air modulation,determines the control algorithm for air fuel ratio,develops an air-fuel ratio control system to adjust the amounts of inlet air and injected fuel.From dynamometer tests,it is shown that the performance,fuel economy and exhaust emission of the engine are improved obviously.
