摘    要:光动力学疗法(PDT)在治疗人体的局部病变,特别是对肿瘤而言,有着较为理想的效果.而在光动力治疗的同时,光纤头产生的热量又会对病变组织形成热疗.通过对组织取不同比热和热导率数值时的定量计算和研究,得出了组织热参数的变化对光动力学中辅助热疗效果的具体影响,该结果和结论对于临床治疗方案的制定具有一定的理论指导意义.

Abstract:The photodynamic therapy(PDT)has comparatively ideal results in treating some pathological change of the human body,especially in treating the tumour.At the same time,the heat made by light fibre will have an effect of heat treatment to pathological tissue.Through having done the relevant quantitative calculation and the study when the tissue has different specific heat value and thermal conductivity value,we has studied the infection of temperature distribution made by the change of tissue heat parameter.
