摘    要:研究内蒙古短花针茅草原土壤中脲酶、蔗糖酶、蛋白酶和多酚氧化酶的酶活性以及土壤养分含量等生态因子随季节变化的规律.结果表明,脲酶、蛋白酶和多酚氧化酶活性的峰值均出现在春季,蔗糖酶活性的峰值则出现在秋季.脲酶和多酚氧化酶活性的最低值在秋季,而蔗糖酶和蛋白酶活性的最低值在冬季.养分含量的季节性变化幅度较小.

Abstract:The seasonal changes of the activities of urease, protease,catalase, polyphenol oxidase and nutrition in the soll of Stipa breviflora desert steppe in Inner Mongolia are studied. The results show that urease activity and polyphenol oxidase activity are highest in spring and lowest in autumn,catalase activity is highest in autumn and lowest in winter, protease activity is highest in spring and lowest in winter. Soil nutrition content is little fluctuation with seasonal changes.
