| 摘 要： | 本文描述 DKDP 晶体的固一回生长现象。它可以在四方母体上发生,也可以在单斜母体上发生。固一固生长过程与母相晶体的对称性有关,与周围的介质无关。测量了不同温度下的生长速度,对固一固生长的机制进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | This paper describrs the solid-solid growth phenomena of DKDP crystal.The growth takes place both in the tetragonal and morroclinic parents.Solid-solid growth process is affected by the symmetry of the parent crystal,but is independent of the environment
medium.The growth rates at different temperatures are measured.The mechanism of solid-solid growth is also discussed. |
