| Abstract: | China has consistently implemented reforms to improve the teaching and catch up with leading countries in college English teaching. Some developed countries like Sweden, with their large investment and favorable learning environment, have great advantages over China. China needs not only large investment but also reform and innovation in its college English teaching. |
