基于文献计量的环境治理研究发展态势分析

以CNKI和Web of Science数据库中1990—2015年的环境治理文献为数据源,利用Bibexcel、Citespace和Ucinet软件对其数据挖掘和定量分析.结果发现,近25年来,国内外环境治理研究论文数量呈整体递增趋势,国外核心学者明显领先国内作者且两者差距较大,前者在环境治理领域处于前沿地位,研究力量雄厚机构为耶鲁大学、威斯康星大学和格罗宁根大学;北京大学、武汉大学和复旦大学具较强实力及各具特色,但国内研究机构在WOS发文尚少.国际聚焦环境规制、环境内涵外延以及全球环境治理等问题的多学科研究,国内该领域发文项目支撑少并侧重自科基金,在环境法、资源经济、环境绩效和参与主体等领域较活跃,治理思想未融合环境学科并协同演进,交叉学科研究尚少.未来环境治理领域热点趋向环境社会治理,尤其是多元共治和制度创新方面的研究.

Status and Trends of Environmental Governance Research Based on Bibliometrics

Analysesof status and trends of environmental governance in the the domestic and foreign research based on bibliometrics to provide information for researchers and decision makers.Bibexcel,Citespace and UCINET were used to data mine andquantitatively analyze papers form 1990 and 2015 in the CNKI and SSCI database.We found that environmental governance research papers are growing and this is especially obvious from 2006.The European and American countries dominate this field:Yale University,University of Wisconsin and University of Groningen.However,the domestic key authors and the high influence article are weak,Peking University,Wuhan university and Fudan unviersity pay close attention to the environmental governance research.Global environmental politics are journals published high quality articles on environmental governance in the world.Chinese articles from this research increased dramatically in recent years,while articles with high impact and good international journals are few.Environmental social governance,especially public participation and system involution will be the emphases and direction in the future research.
