| 摘 要： | 农村住宅建设是社会主义新农村建设工程中的一项重要内容。在广大农民进入住宅＂小康＂时代的同时,村镇住宅能源消费水平也同时发生着巨大变化。积极推进建筑节能,是国家的一项重要国策。和城市建筑一样,新农村住宅建筑的节能也是从建筑物自身（围护结构）、供热（或制冷）系统和运行管理等三个方面采取措施进行实现的。 |
