| 摘 要： | 工业特殊原材料自动下料控制系统,以PLC为控制核心,辅以必要的外围电路,完成了原材料自动称量配合,并对配好的原材料进行干燥除湿除尘的特殊处理,最后将特殊处理过的原材料进行抽真空搅拌均匀。系统已在双向拉伸尼龙生产线上试运行,大大提高了生产效率,节省人工成本,具有很好的推广价值。
