| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理的重要组成部分,大学生有效的知识共享有利于大学生的知识储存、知识更新和知识创新。主要以调查研究方式,探讨了大学生知识共享的现状和主要影响因素。调查结果显示：主客观两方面因素影响大学生知识共享。这就要求要创造有利于知识共享的校园文化、建立有效的知识共享的激励机制和搭建促进知识共享的平台。
