摘    要:针对气固两相流固相颗粒流速的测量问题,讨论了可用于流速测量的互相关法和自适应滤波时延估计法.对于安装在气力输送管道上的双电极静电传感器输出信号,利用相关函数进行上下游电极输出信号相似性的比较,相似性最大即相关函数取极大值时的时间延迟,结合传感器电极间距离,计算出固相颗粒流过传感器的平均速度,也可以采用自适应滤波计算输出信号在上下游静电传感器间的时间延迟,测得管道中固体颗粒的流速.实验结果表明,所测得的电极信号与噪声的统计特性受到了环境的影响,互相关算法测量速度的准确性大大降低,而自适应滤波算法由于能根据信号和噪声的相互关系不断地调整自身参数,满足最小均方算法准则的要求,可以精确地跟踪固相颗粒速度.

Abstract:For velocity measurements of solid-phase particles in gas-solid two-phase flow,the cross-correlation and adaptive filtering time delay estimation for measuring the velocity are discussed.For the signal outputted by the double-electrode electrostatic sensor installed in pneumatic conveying pipe,the correlation function is adopted to compare the similarity of signals outputted from upstream and downstream electrodes,and the time delay is recorded when the similarity gets the greatest or the relevant function ...
