高背型银鲫的一些性状研究

本文对从黑龙江引进的行雌核发育的高背型银鲫和通过以这种银鲫为母本(♀)、鲤鱼为父本(♂)在南京地区进行人工繁殖产生的子代的染色体数、血清蛋白、LDH同工酶及形态性状的分析比较,认为这种鱼具有性状遗传较稳定、适应环境的能力较强等优点,有可能在南京地区进行驯化、培育和推广。

Study on Genetic and Morphological Character of High Dorsal Silver Crusium Carp

Thc number of chromosome, the patten of serum protein and LDH isoenzyme and the character of morphology of High Dorsal Silver Crusium Carp from Heilongjiang (parent) and Nanjing Xingwei fish farm (offspring) were studied. The results show that the fish possesses sure character of genetics, strong ability of adapting themselves to circumstances, broad body, quick rate of growth and delicious flesh. Therefore it is possible to cultivate and popularize the fish in the Nanjing region.
