摘    要:为实现给定平面内直线度误差评定的可视化,运用最优化理论和几何学原理,对其最小区域算法进行了改进;基于可视化技术,对其两端点连线算法、最小二乘算法和改进的最小区域算法进行了可视化设计;并采用UG/GRIP语言对这3种算法进行了编程;最后,用可视化数字实验验证了改进算法的正确性,实现了计算机辅助平面直线度误差评定的可视化.

Abstract:Using the theory of optimization and the principle of geometry,the existing algorithm of the minimum zone for the evaluation of planar straightness error was improved.Based on visualization techniques, the visualized design for its two endpoints link line algorithm,Least Square Algorithm and the improved mini- mum zone algorithm was implemented.The above three algorithms were programmed by using UG/GRIP lan- guage.Finally,the improved algorithm was demonstrated with visualized numeric experiment.The visualization for the computer-aided evaluation of planar straightness error was carried out.
