| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的发展,遗传资源及相关传统知识的保护方式在世界上已经发生了很大变化,越来越多的国家正在加强对本地区遗传资源及相关传统知识进行保护.中国作为遗传资源及相关传统知识非常丰富的发展中国家,在传统知识保护的开始阶段,很有必要学习与借鉴国外有关遗传资源和相关传统知识保护的方法和经验.本文讨论了国外遗传资源及相关传统知识的保护实践,并探讨了国外经验对中国的启示.
