摘    要:利用Cu_2O微球修饰玻碳电极研究了土霉素的电化学行为,发现土霉素的氧化是一个受吸附控制的一质子、一电子参与的不可逆过程.在pH 4.8HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,开路富集180s后利用方波伏安法发展了高灵敏检测土霉素的电化学方法,线性范围为0.5~210"mol/L,检出限为0.15"mol/L(R_(SN)=3).该方法用于测定动物源食品中土霉素,回收率介于97.4%~107%之间.

Electrochemical Determination of Oxytetracycline in Animal-Derived Food based on Cu_2O Microspheres Modified Electrode

Abstract:The electrochemical behaviors of oxytetracycline on Cu_2 O microspheres modified glassy carbon electrode were studied,and it was found that the oxidation of oxytetracycline was an adsorption-controlled,one-proton,one-electron,and irreversible process.In pH 4.8 HAc-NaAc buffer solution,an electrochemical method with high sensitivity was developed for the determination of oxytetracycline by using square wave voltammetry after an open-circuit accumulation at 0.4 V.The linear range was 0.5~210 "mol/L and the limit of detection was 0.15 " mol/L(R_(SN)= 3).Finally,this method was applied for the determination of oxytetracycline in animal-derived food,and the recoveries were between 97.4%~107%.
