摘    要:为实现对舰船辅锅炉的理论教学培训、实作维修训练以及评估考核的计算机化。通过以LSK-0.5立式针形管蒸汽为本体加以适当地改造并以PLC为控制核心,结合计算机仿真技术的方法,研制了一种虚实结合舰船辅锅炉维修模拟训练考核平台。经过一段时间的实践应用,结果表明:该平台不仅便于受训人员对辅锅炉工作过程、常见故障的认知与理解,而且有效地提高了受训人员对辅锅炉基本操作、故障诊断与维修的能力。可见该平台在保证具有较好维修训练及考核效果的同时,节省大量设备购置费以及克服场地限制的缺陷。

Abstract:In order to realize the theoretical teaching training, implementation maintenance training and evaluation and assessment of the ship auxiliary boiler. By using LSK-0.5 vertical needle tube steam as the main body to be properly modified and PLC as the control core, combined with the computer simulation technology method, a virtual and real combination ship auxiliary boiler maintenance simulation training and evaluation platform was developed. After a period of practical application, the results show that the platform not only facilitates the trainees'' knowledge and understanding of the auxiliary boiler working process and common faults, but also effectively improves the ability of the trainees to the basic operation, fault diagnosis and maintenance of the auxiliary boiler. It can be seen that the platform can save a lot of equipment purchase costs and overcome the defects of the site limit while ensuring better maintenance training and assessment results.
