大跨度箱形吊车梁的强度分析及结构改进

摘    要:利用有限元法对48 m跨箱形吊车梁进行结构刚度和强度的分析计算,获得在4个载荷工况下,该梁多个截面的应力及变形分布.结论表明,该梁整体应力分布不均匀且具备较大的轻量化潜力.在此基础上进行梁的结构设计尺寸改进,获得了改进后的结构参数,梁的重量减轻了18.23%.

Abstract:The structure analysis for the rigidity and intensity of a crane girder whose span is 48 m in length are conducted by the finite element method.The stresses and deformation distributing of several section under four type load circumstances are obtained.The result reveals that the stress distributing of the whole girder is uneven and the girder has weight-saving potential.Based on the results the structure size is improved and the deadweight is reduced by 18.23% for the improved structure parameters.
