数值模拟在桥梁用C型钢孔型开发中的应用

摘    要:本文采用塑性有限元数值模拟的方法,对桥梁伸缩装置用C型异型钢轧制孔型系统进行了研究.根据数值模拟结果,对桥梁用C型异型钢轧制中变形分配的合理性、轧件在孔型中的稳定性及轧件各部分夹角对弯曲成形的影响进行了分析,并据此进行了孔型系统改进.

Abstract:The pass system of hot rolling of C-profiled steel was studied with FEM simulation. Based on the simulation, the rationality of deformation distribution, the instability of steel rolling in the pass, and the influence of preformed angle of the billet on the bend forming were analyzed. And the pass systems was improved upon the analyses.
