化学镀Fe-W-P合金的工艺和镀层的形貌研究

摘    要:采用铜铝金属偶,在铜基底上利用化学镀的方法制备了Fe-W-P合金镀层.镀液主要组分为硫酸亚铁铵、钨酸钠、次亚磷酸钠和柠檬酸钠等,研究了镀液的组成对化学镀Fe-W-P的结构、形貌和沉积速率的影响.

Abstract:The Fe-W-P alloy films were fabricated by means of electroless plating.When a copper substrate in contact with an aluminum strip was used,the alloy films with considerably thickness were obtained.The local battery configuration of the copper substrate and the aluminum strip was considered to be responsible for the film formation.The plating solution was composed of Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2,Na_2WO_4,Na_3C_6H_5O_7 and NaH_2PO_2.The depositing rate as function of concentration of Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2,Na_2WO_4,or NaH_2PO_2 were studied respectively and the effect of concentration of Fe(NH_4)_2(SO_4)_2 and Na_2WO_4 on the morphology were also investigated respectively.
