自适应神经网络及其在刀具智能监控中的应用

摘    要:讨论了神经网络的拓扑结构的学习和神经元激活函数等问题,提出了自构形神经网络的概念和算法,较好地解决了隐节点数目选取问题.将自适应神经网络用于刀具加工状态智能监控的信号融合之中,取得了满意的结果.

Abstract:Several aspects of the learning issue for artificial neural networks are studied, that is, network structure and activation characteristics. The self-configuring neural networks and an adaptive learning algorithm are proposed. It is very difficult to determine a suitable network structure beforehand when a hierarchical neural network is used for a specific problem. A compact structuring method based on learning is proposed, which consists in gradually compressing the redundant hidden nodes to give a suitable network size. As a result, the network obtained is of small size and has excellent performance. The sensing with spindle motor power, the acceleration sensor and acoustic emission sensor on a workstation are described. The self-configuring neural networks have been successfully used for sensor fusion in intelligent tool condition monitoring.
