| 摘 要： | 本文结合青海实际及工业发展现状,运用择定原则法,模糊综合评判法等定性定量方法,提出了青海工业应建立起以电力、高耗能、盐化工、畜产品加工和石油工业为主体的战略产业群,并通过产业链关联效应带动其它部门及整个青海经济的发展。

| Abstract: | In this paper, some qualitative and quantitative methods are used,such as selective principle method, fuzzy synthetic judged method, and so on. The author considers that Qinhai Province should develop a body of power, high-consuming energy industry,salt-chemistry industry,livestock product processing and petroleum industry, into an industrial strategic advantage group, These advantage industries will promote the development of other departments and overall economic development in Qinhai through industry linkage effect. |
