| Abstract: | As an important technical investigation method in IT era, internet communication monitoring has stronger theoretical basis in the modern society. Analyzing by the theoretical aspects, finds its theoretical basis includes three sections： constitutional theoretical basis, procedural justice theoretical basis and judicial morality theoretical basis. |
