| 摘 要： | 江泽民深刻阐述了反腐败斗争的重要性和紧迫性，向全党严肃地指出，反对腐败是关系到党和国家生死存亡的严重政治斗争；科学揭示了社会主义条件下存在腐败现象的历史根源和现实原因；指出了努力把消极腐败现象减少到最低限度的路子，形成了一整套系统的反腐败思想。

| Abstract: | Realizing the importance and necessity of anti-corruption struggle, J iang Zeming seriously points out to the whole Party that anti-corruption is the severe political struggle concerns the existence of our Party and state, scient ifically reveals the historical source and realistic reasons of corruption under the socialist conditions and shows us the way to minimize corruption by great e ffort and form a set of more systematic anti-corruption thoughts. |
