摘    要:制备了Ti51Pd30Ni19高温形状记忆合金。利用高温X射线衍射(XRD)分析及热分析(DSC)研究了合金的相变过程,并对其在不同加载条件下的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,合金的马氏体相变开始温度可达212℃,合金在马氏体及奥氏体状态下具有不同的屈服强度及形变强化能力。在室温下,合金的形状记忆性能随拉伸变形量的增大而降低。获得了该合金的伪弹性:在奥氏体转变结束温度附近进行拉伸循环,三次加载-卸载循环后即可获得稳定的弹性滞后回线。

Abstract:High temperature X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were employed to investigate the phase transformation of Ti51Pd30Ni19 alloy. The measurements of the mechanical properties were carried out under different load conditions. The result shows that the martensite start transformation temperature is determined as 212℃. The specimens in martensitic and austenitic state yield at different stress level and show different strain-hardening ability. The shape memory effect weakens with the increase of tensile strain. The pseudoelasticity was obtained in this alloy system: the pseudoelastic cycle can be obtained when the specimen undergoes tensile cycling several times near the temperature of austenite start transformation.
