| 摘 要： | 黄芩苷是中药黄芩的有效成分之一,如何提高其得率和纯度一直是实际生产中存在的问题。本论文采用60%乙醇回流提取、浓缩和酸沉的方法从黄芩中提取得到高产率粗黄芩苷。

| Abstract: | Baicalin is one of the main ingredients with activity in Scutellaria baicalensis.How to improve the obtaining ratio and content of Baicalin in extracting process is always a problem in practical prodauction.In this paper,the method of reflux extraction,concentration and acid precipitation of 60% alcohol was used to extract crude baicalin with high yield from Scutellaria baicalensis. |
