| 摘 要： | 随着我国对外交往的日益频繁,涉外法律及其文书翻译的重要性日益为人们所认识.笔者结合多年来的外语教学经验和法律翻译工作经验,从法律语言学的角度出发,阐述了我国涉外法律及其文书翻译的现状,在探讨涉外法律及其文书翻译特点的基础上,对诉讼、行政程序、国际商务交往以及其他专业性业务翻译实践中存在的各类问题和需要注意的重点事项均作了详尽的阐释,同时对确立法律翻译资格等相关制度提出了笔者自己的见解或建议.

| Abstract: | With the deepening of the international communication between China and the rest of the world,more attention has been brought to the importance of legal translation.Based on years of teaching experience and legal translation experience,the authors analyze the current situation of legal translation of foreign-related documents and laws and regulations,exam the problems existing in legal proceedings,international commercial exchanges and other specialized translations,elaborate on the note-worthy key issues involved,and put forward proposals of establishing such mechanisms as certifying systems of legal translators. |
