摘    要:煤热解及由煤热解物制备高价值化学品是实现煤的清洁高效利用的有效途径,具有重要的理论和战略意义.在对国内外煤热解研究现状分析的基础上,对煤的快速热解技术、定向催化转化技术和煤热解物制备化学品技术进行了探讨,提出了由煤热解物制备高价值化学品的新思路,并对煤热解及由煤热解物制高价值化学品的发展趋势和面临的一些问题提出了看法与建议.

Abstract:The technology of coal pyrolysis and conversion to valuable chemicals is important in utilizing coal resource efficiently and clearly, which is significant from the viewpoints of both theoretical researches and industrial applications. In this paper, the research status and progress of coal pyrolysis and utilization have been reviewed, technologies of coal flash pyrolysis, oriented catalytic conversion and producing valuable chemicals from coal pyrolysate were focused. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existed technologies for utilization of coal, a new approach was proposed to utilize coal not only as energy resource but also as chemical resource. Some novel technologies such as supercritical extraction, reaction and separation in medium of ionic liquid, catalytic conversion of multicomponents mixture to a few key components, simulation and optimization of integrated co-production system of coal were suggested. The new approach proposed in this paper may provide new opportunities to utilize coal efficiently.
