大型矿用自卸车车架结构有限元建模研究

摘    要:探讨了某大型矿车车架有限元建模方法研究.以某矿用电动轮自卸车车架为研究对象,基于车架实体几何模型,给出了车架结构的精细化有限元模型.设计了两种车架焊缝结构有限元建模方案,在正常匀速行驶边界条件下,分别对各方案模型进行数值计算分析.通过对应力分布的对比,分析了焊缝模型因素对数值计算结果的影响,进而验证了车架精细化模型的准确性.该车架有限元建模方法适用于各种大型结构件的建模研究,它能定量分析车架的强度和刚度性能,并进行初步的设计.

Abstract:ForSanSelectric wheel dump truckSframe as the research object,Sbased on the solid geometry modelSofSthe frame, a large truck frameSfinite elementSmodeling method with a simplified modelSof weldSstructure was explored in theSstudy. Two finite element model of the frame seam was designed, calculated and analyzedSin theSboundary conditionsSof normalSspeed,Srespectively. By comparing theSdistribution ofSthe stress responseSof both model,StheSimpact of theSweldSmodelSfactorsSon the numerical results was analyzed.SAnd then the accuracy of the model was verified.STheSfinite elementSmodelingSmethod was confirmed byStheSresults of the fineSfinite element model. TheSmodel is suitable for all kinds ofSlarge-scaleSframe, it canSquantitatively analysisSthe intensity and rigidity of the frame, andScan be used for the preliminary design.
