| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了改造后的一步法封头无胎冷旋压机的工作原理,并着重分析了主轴下降后对封头成形的影响,导出了主轴下降量对封头曲率变化近似关系式,使封头形状精度的控制得到较满意的解决

| Abstract: | The work principle is introduced in this paper to thevessel end forming of the cold spinning machine with dieless in onecycle after remaked, an affection of the vessel end foming is also analy--sised and approximate relation formula is derived that change of thecurvature at part of R by main-shaft down, so the problem of preci-sion control of the vessel end shaping has been solved. |
