Library:the Cultural Education Platforms Facing the Learning-type City

This paper analyzes the learning-type society and the transformation of learning concept and learning mode,holds that the library is a needful cultural education platform for constructing the universal education and life-long education system in the learning-type society,and probes into some strategies for serving the construction of the learning-type city and constructing the cultural education platform facing the learning-type city.
