苦楝叶乙醇提取物对水葫芦叶片伤害的生理生化研究

摘    要:采用植物抗性生理的分析测定技术,研究了苦楝叶乙醇提取物对水葫芦叶组织细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,苦楝叶乙醇提取物使水葫芦叶组织细胞膜透性上升,膜脂过氧化加强,MDA含量上升,叶片的POD、APX和CAT的活性均较对照降低。说明水葫芦叶乙醇提取物具有防治空心莲子草的潜力。

Abstract:The effects of Melia azedarach leaf ethanol extract on the tissue permeability,MDA content,POD,APX and CAT activities of alternanthera philoxeroides leaves were studied by the analytical techniques in resistance.The results showed that M.azedarach leaf ethanol extract increased the tissue permeability and the MDA content and membranelipid overoxidation but lowered the POD,APX and CAT activities in A.philoxeroides leaves.These indicated that M.azedarach leaf ethanol extract had the potential ability to prevent and control A.philoxeroides.
