| 摘 要： | 目的 分析迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的原因。方法 统计3年来迟发性外伤性颅内血肿的总数、发病率、病因及治疗效果。结果 迟发性外伤笥颅内血肿21例，手术17例，死亡1例，保守治疗4例，死亡0例。结论 早期诊断、早期治疗可降低死亡率，提高治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the causes of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma. Methods The amount, incidence rate of disease, pathogenesis and the treat result of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma among three years. Results 21 cases of the delayed posttraumatic intracranial hematoma were 9.3 percent of all patients, operation 17 cases, died 1 case, non operation 4 cases, died 0 case, the operation mortality and non operation mortality is 5.9% and 0%. Conclusion Early dignosis and early treatment can reduce the mortality and raise the cure rate. |
