| Abstract: | With regard to the utilization of sub -base and waste hot -water, the paper mainly analyses and researches the possibility, feasibility and the minimum of water temperature utilizing the conventional rediators for heatng and redacing the temperature of water, as a result, the valuable formula and diagvams for computution and analysis are supplied. |
