逆变器的移位控制原理

摘    要:本文就逆变器采用的移位控制原理作一专题介绍。应用这一原理,已研制成功感应电动机的变速节电装置,该装置中使用两个同步运行的环形脉冲分配器来控制逆变电路,以改变输出电压和频率达到变速节电的目的。该装置在17kW感应电动机拖动的风机上运行表明:功率因数在0.95以上,节电效果显著。

Abstract:A special introduction to the shift control principle for the inverters is presented in this paper. Making use of this principle, the energy unit for induction motor speed variation has been reseached and produced. Two synchronized operation cyclical pulse distributors are used in this unit to control inverter circuit. Thus the output voltage and frequency can be changed to change the motor speed and to save energy. This unit has been used on an air-blower driven by a 17kW induction motor. The results show the power factor is greater than 0.95 and the effect of energy is distinct.
