| 摘 要： | 当今社会,人才成为一个单位、地区乃至国家经济发展和在国际竞争中取胜的关键.西部大开发的号召已经提出了多年,但西部地区的人才现状仍不容乐观,针对这种现状,对西部大开发中的人才培养和引进模式提出了一些设想和建议.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the talented person becomes the critical factor for a unit, region even a country to develop the economy and win the international competition. The western development has already advanced for many years, but the present situation of the talented person in the western regions is still not so good. In the light of such a situation, this paper puts forward some assumes and advices for establishing the modes of cultivating and introducing the talented person in the western development. |
