| 摘 要： | 对边界生产函数的模型和估计方法进行了综述，用这一理论方法建立了我国统配煤矿企业原煤生产的边界生产函数。还提出了评定各企业的生产效率状况的指标：企业技术效率水平参数和技术效率指数，以及影响企业产量变化的诸因素之贡献比重的定量计算方法等，据此对各原煤生产企业的生产技术效率和产量增长的技术结构进行定量评价和测算。通过建立企业最佳生产边界评定企业生产技术效率及分析产出增长的技术结构，对挖掘企业潜力、提高经济效益有现实意义和使用价值。

| Abstract: | A summary of the models and estimation methods of frontier production function is given. The deterministic frontier production function model is established for Chinese coal mining enterprises. The paper proposes also indices for estimating the production efficiency of enterprises such as parameters and indices of technical efficiency of enterprises and quantitative calculation methods of estimating contributions of factors affecting the output variations. The efficiency of production technology and the technological structure for increasing output of enterprises are calculated and evaluated.By the setting up of the optimal production , fron-trei to evaluate productive technical efficiency of enterprises and analyse technical structure for increasing output are of realistic significance and of practical value. |
