| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育改革的逐渐深入,大学毕业人数骤增,大学生就业逐渐成为社会问题。为实现毕业生的顺利就业,高校必须加强大学生专业素质、社会实践、就业等方面的教育,积极推进以就业和社会需要为导向的教育改革,构建新型高校人才培养模式,提高学生综合竞争力。

| Abstract: | Various misunderstandings appeared in graduate employment are gradually becoming new problems of university students education because of the deep going reformation of higher education, the employment of university and college students is gradually becoming a problem in the society. In order to help the underraduates achieving their employment career, universities and colleges should intensify the education on university students＇ professional quality, social practice and employment , etc. Universities and colleges, should establish a new mode personnel training system in universities and colleges,and enhance students＇ comprehensive competitive competence . |
