气动叶轮机械工程CAD技术研究

摘    要:为了提高叶轮机械设计工作的效率,将CAD技术与三元流计算结合起来,开发适合叶轮机械的CAD软件。以AutoCADR13/forWindows95为基础,用C语言开发了6条用于叶轮机械CAD的实用扩展命令,能够显示叶片形状,生成和显示用于三元流计算的网格及将三元流计算结果图形化处理,包括绘制流场矢量图和等值线图。全部扩展命令集成到AutoCAD中运行。生成图形与AutoCAD完全兼容。是叶轮机械三元流动计算有力的辅助工具。

Abstract:In order to greatly improve the efficiency of designing turbomachines, combining the CAD technology with 3D flow calculation, A CAD software for turbomachines is developed. Based on AutoCAD R13/for Win95, six extended commands are developed with C language. These commands can draw blades, generate and draw grids used in 3D flow calculation and graph the results of 3D flow calculation, including drawing velocity vector map and contour map. It is very convenient to use these commands because they are integrated into AutoCAD. The graphs generated by these extended commands are completely compatible with AutoCAD. These commands are effective assistent tools for 3D flow calculation of turbomachines.
