| 摘 要： | 报警呼叫中心系统可以广泛应用到国防、治安、民生等各个方面,文章探讨了基于CTI的报警呼叫中心系统的设计思想,对系统的组织结构以及软件设计模式进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了报警呼叫中心系统的一种实际解决方案,该方案可以极大提高目前报警呼叫系统的反应速度和工作效率。

| Abstract: | The alarm call center system can be widely applied to national defense,public order,people's livelihood and other aspects.A design concept of alarm call center system has been advanced in the paper,system's organizational structure as well as the software design pattern has been analysised,one kind of actual solutions about the warning call central system has been proposed,which will greatly raise the present warning call system's reactionrate and the working efficiency. |
