论法律援助的功能及其实现

从广义看，法律援助的特征主要表现为援助内容的特定性、援助力量的二元化、援助途径的多元性、援助性质的公益性、援助形式的广泛性和援助对象的针对性。其功能主要表现为司法公正功能、人权保障功能、科学发展功能、社会和谐功能、境界提升功能等。要实现法律援助，可以通过发展社会生产力，提高经济发展水平；加大社会普法力度，增强人们法制观念；加强职业道德建设，增大法律援助范围等路径来完成。
