| 摘 要： | 清军入主中原后，大量吸纳明朝的文武官员，为清朝迅速建立起对全国的统治发挥了重要作用。然而，这也把明末官场中的贪污成风的陋习继承了下来。顺治帝亲政后，开始制订相关政策对官吏贪污进行打击限制，并取得了良好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | After taking over the Central Plains, the emperor of Dynasty Qing absorbed a large number of civil and military officials from Dynasty Ming, which played an important role in a quick control over the country. However, it inherited the bad habits of corrup- tion from the last period of Ming. Emperor Shunzhi began to take some actions to restrict and combat official corruption after he came into power, which had achieved good results. |
