电磁式动力消振系统

摘    要:文中提出了一种带电磁式固有频率可控动力消振器的频率跟踪消振方法。消振系统由测振装置、频率跟踪控制器、功放及电磁式消振器4部分组成。文中介绍了消振器的原理及其特性,频率跟踪控制电路框图,变频振动时的频率跟踪消振实验。结果表明,本消振方法在变频振动条件下具有良好的消振效果。

Abstract:A new kind of frequancy tracking damping vibration system with electromagnetic natural frequency controllable dynamic vibration absorber (NFCDVA) is presented in this paper. The system consits of sensor, frequency tracking controller, power amplifier and an electromagnetic NFCDVA. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of the absorber are described. The flow-chart graphs of the frequency tracking controller and experimental device are given. The frequency tracking and vibration damping experiments for vibration with varying frequency were carried out. The experimental results are satisfactory.
