| Abstract: | The use of computer and communication technology in daily work,the establishment of internal business relationship in companies and the increase of electronic documents are companioned with such problems as management,access and efficiency.A Delphi-based design of electronic document management system is set up to solve such problems and an electronic document database is suggested to track,record and monitor the management,the collation,the storage and the access to electronic documents. |
